LG, a south Korean multinational corporation, has announced the launch of its two new mid-ranged smartphones, the ‘X’ phones. The First two mobile of ‘X’ Series: X Cam and X screen will debut on February 22, 2016 at MWC(Mobile World Congress) at Barcelona.
These mobiles won’t have much features like any other leading handset in the market, however, if you have a thirst for a good quality camera and display then these mobiles are worth your purchase.
The first one, LG X cam features Dual camera, which is quite an advanced camera or photography feature. The dual-camera scenario comes from KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. Prior to this handset, this feature was available on Apple’s iPhone 7.
This phone will run on Android 6.0 marshmallow operating system and have a 5.2 inch FHD screen(in-cell touch). It has 13MP and 5MP rear camera and 8MP front camera.
The other handset, LG X screen, will be equipped with ‘Always-on’ feature or you can say ‘Dual-Screen’ feature. This feature facilitates the process of multi-tasking. A second screen(1.76 inch) stacks on the main screen(4.93 inch), and you can use your second screen to access any frequently used app, or simply to play music without affecting any work happening on your main screen.
This handset will also run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. The main screen will be of 4.93 inch(in-cell touch HD) and secondary screen of 1.76 inch LCD.
Everyone has a favorite smart phone feature, said Juno Cho, president and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company. At LG, we think there’s room for devices that do one thing very well and that customers shouldn’t have to pay for features that they don’t want. At the end of the day, we’re committed to offering consumers more choices.
