Pre-requisites

How to Update Galaxy S2 to Android 5.1.1 Lollipop Using Resurrection Remix Rom

1. Turn off the device and wait for at-least 3 -5 seconds.
2. Press and hold, Volume Up, Home and power buttons all together to boot your device into recovery mode, (CWM or TWRP).
3. Now under recovery options, select and perform “wipe data cache” and then “wipe data/factory reset” and confirm it for processing.
4. Then select install zip from SD and the choose the downloaded Rom Zip file from your device.
5. Confirm it for flashing and wait until it gets completed.
6. When  it complete, go back to menu and select “reboot system now” and you’re done!
