The popular chinese manufacturer OnePlus, is all set to launch its new flagship phone ‘OnePlus 3’. There is news that the company is going to sport ‘new design’ with this OnePlus 3. The company wants this smart phone to be as ‘captive’ as its first release, Oneplus One. Together with some amazing hardware, this phone is believed to launch with some really customized firmware. OnePlus is more focusing on making the custom firmware from the point of view of optimization of resources than just UI visuals.
Release Date for OnePlus 3
The OnePlus 3 is expected to launch “at the end of the second quarter,” said Carl Pei, co-founder of OnePlus, in an interview with CNET.
Pei says that with this flagship phone, the company wants to create a better impression then they were able to do with OnePlus 2. They want to get back with a BANG! IT is planned to get launched by late June this year.
What’s with the ‘New Design’?

Sandstone Black was a finish that appeared on both the OnePlus One and the OnePlus 2 but a “new design” will be coming for the OnePlus 3 according to co-founder Carl Pei. He said “the company’s first phone was a more captivating device than its second generation,” adding “he hopes the OnePlus 3 will have ‘at least’ that special feeling cast by the OnePlus One when users first saw it.”
