Currently its a pain to get it fixed, and I need to get into bootloader mode to root.

You can do it using ADB shell!

Steps:
1. Unpack the package to PC and look for Runme file.
2. Connect your device to PC.
3. Run the Runme file.
4. type following command on prompt window:
adb reboot-bootloader
All done, you handset will be booted to bootloader mode.
